This role takes a customer‑centric, end‑to‑end service approach - proactively improving the quality, stability, and usability of endpoint technologies to support employee satisfaction. By leveraging modern endpoint security practices, data‑driven insights, and continuous service improvement, the position helps create a seamless, friction‑free technology environment that enables employees to work efficiently, securely, engage meaningfully, and achieve their goals.

Job summary

How you will make a difference
- Manage and support corporate endpoint security across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
- Administer and maintain identity and privileged access controls, supporting secure access for employees and contractors.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, contributing to triage, escalation, and remediation in partnership with senior security teams.
- Support endpoint vulnerability remediation and maintain security posture through compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Assist in Microsoft 365 security administration, configuration, and monitoring to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
- Contribute to security metrics, reporting, and operational insight to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Provide operational support, documentation, and participation in change management activities to maintain secure, efficient endpoint services.
Requirements that are important to us
- College diploma or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an analyst supporting enterprise endpoint and identity security.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Asset Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals (SC‑900)
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104)
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- ITIL Foundation (latest edition)
- Modern endpoint management (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Security Copilot)
- Identity governance and conditional access (Entra ID)
- Endpoint and identity security tools: Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity
- Security monitoring and response: Microsoft Sentinel, SOAR, automated playbooks
- Windows security hardening, baseline configuration, and patch management
- Vulnerability remediation and exposure tracking
- Scripting and automation: PowerShell (required), Power Automate, Azure CLI
- Zero Trust principles, MITRE ATT&CK, threat modeling
- Device compliance, configuration policies, app protection policies
- Network security fundamentals (ports, protocols, segmentation, VPN, DNS, TLS)
- Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools and analytics
- Automated remediation workflows and AI-driven security tools (e.g., Microsoft Security Copilot)
- API-level integrations for automation (Graph API, REST)
- Familiarity with risk management and third-party cybersecurity assessments
