Job summary
This position is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing enterprise infrastructure, including networks, data centers, disaster recovery and business continuity plans to meet business requirements. This position is also responsible in conducting research on emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility.
How you will make a difference
- Designing, implementing and maintaining organization’s infrastructure. Ensuring that all the systems including, IT hardware, software, servers, clients and networks function securely and efficiently to meet the business requirements.
- Managing, monitoring, and updating existing infrastructure components as business needs evolve. Evaluating and operationalizing new infrastructure services and features for applicability ensuring they are architecturally aligned with industry leading practices.
- Reviewing and contributing to disaster recovery and business continuity planning and contributing to test the disaster recovery plans.
- Implementing solutions to monitor OMA systems and configure alerts based on monitoring data.
- Acting as subject matter expert in assigned projects providing expertise in cloud and various on-prem technologies.
- Performing day-to-day activities including administering and troubleshooting on-prem and cloud systems
Requirements that are important to us
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and hands‑on experience
- Six to nine years of relevant experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in an internal IT environment
- Proven expertise managing network infrastructure, including switches and wireless access points (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), with strong knowledge of VLANs, routing, PoE, Wi‑Fi security, RF troubleshooting, and high‑availability designs
- Advanced experience administering Palo Alto firewalls, including security policy design, NAT, VPNs (site‑to‑site and remote access), threat prevention, logging, and HA configurations (PCNSA required; PCNSE preferred)
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Intune device management, Windows infrastructure services (Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP), virtualization platforms such as Hyper‑V (VMM, SCCM) and VMware vCenter / vSphere.
