Job summary
This position is responsible for acting as a first point of contact/brand ambassador at the main reception for members, staff and visitors while always ensuring to provide an exceptional customer experience.
This position is also responsible for coordinating internal meeting food and beverage services ensuring quality and service levels are maintained at the highest levels and resolves any issues as required. Ensures meeting rooms are prepared to receive catered food and beverages at required times and cleaned at end of each meeting. Also ensures that all kitchenettes & meeting rooms are stocked and maintained always ensuring a clean and professional environment. Orders supplies and coordinates equipment repairs as required.
This position is responsible for coordinating part-time staff to work evening and weekend events.
This position also provides support for ad hoc Workplace Experience requests from across the organization.

NOTE:
- This is a five (5) day per week, (Monday – Friday) on-site position and is not eligible to participate in remote/hybrid work policies.
- The typical working hours for this role are 9:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Flexibility around the typical hours may be required on occasion based on operational requirements

Requirements that are important to us
- High school diploma
- Two to three (2-3) years relevant experience
